I think a while ago I posted about a 3D printed pod filter adapter for this thing, I designed a different one that might be a little less restrictive (if the first one even was). Seems to work fine. These are available for purchase for like $15 plus shipping if anyone was interested. Though not sure how long it’ll last honestly.
The GT6k only really saw any action at GER in the parking lot. I figured out she will rip a pretty sweet wheelie!
The pumper carb is running like garbage again. I just got a John Deere 1” spindle swept axle for the wheel horse, so I’m thinking I’ll pull the 25mm spindle non swept front axle of it and stick it in this with a new mount, with some major changes to the steering setup.
So I guess I’m getting ready to sell this thing. Making room for a new build. I really just don’t see myself doing much with this thing in the future.
Upper transmission mount was bent and cracked from a whole bunch of wheelies. Shift pattern shoved back like a half inch and the brake was dragging because of the trans being bucked up in the frame.
Another upper mount I had laying around. Welded a piece on the back of it as a sort of T brace.
The pumper carb miraculously decided to run fine again. Go figure. Had a bit of fun with it in the yard.
Yeah, guess it has been that long. I’m hoping to replace it with a tractor that I actually enjoy riding lol. This thing kind of feels like you’re riding a rocket powered shipping container, with how high it sits and how boxy it is.
Nick rode this thing all weekend with almost no problems. It only pops the belt off once in a while if you get in a weird situation. We went and got a new belt for it yesterday (1/2x86 for future reference) and after two days of riding its still pretty blue, which is always a good sign.
He did bail off of it once when he should have just rode it out. He forgot it would just sit on the bumper, lol. When he bailed off it walked up the bank enough to flip back.
Luckily the command carb didnt take issue with being upside down, started right back up. They have a tendency to stir up junk in the carb and not run right after they roll. Briggs oppy carbs will do that too, less often than the commands though.
Is that tractor that says rally on it a good chassis there's one at the mower junk yard near me in perfect shape I considered just robbing the front clip but idk

I dont know much about it. It kinda looks like an early AYP chassis. How well things hold up depends on how hard you ride, really. Some guys ride around on murrays, personally i would probably tear them in half.
