I have a build or two I might enter. One for a Haspin rig (now that I know what to expect) and a unique/ fun build. Hoping my schedule stuff works out better this year. :/

I'm in. Have about a 400.00 part list to work on but I plan to be joining. Start on the project will be belayed till spring thaws out the machine I plan to build. That will give me time to build up NTN for this summer and MMM2.

I'm probably going to enter I have something a little bit more simple planned so that way I can finish completely unlike my last build.

Ill enter... and try my darndest to finish if you vote for me!






I might look into the possibility of entering if I can gather junk to use.

I'll probably enter with something. I have a square hood craftsman in almost mint condition to work with. Might do an off road machine with that. Also have a pretty nice 19.5hp opposed briggs to use. Still figuring out this coming years project priorities though so we'll see. King of unfinished projects here....

I have a problem with not having an dedicated area to work on anything.

This year we built a pole building type thing so I have a place to work. Might even get power to it to run the welder...
If the stars align just right, Ill enter.





If anything, Ill atleast make more progress on th craftsman thing...

Ive got plans to enter again next year, unsure on what exactly the attack plan is, but as of current i have a peerless 801 thats locked sitting just sitting around, a couple mowers just waiting to be built, and a couple of ideas. Time to start scheming

I plan to finish my simplicity with front and rear suspention. I think I will build A-arm front and swing arm rear suspention, get the 46 ci oppy built with a atv carb, and get all my other stuff I had planned done. A 700 will drive it and another for the front winch, and an electric rear. I should start making plans I guess.

Full suspension would be pretty neat. I am still on the fence about the details of my build. Pretty sure I will be entering though. Will there be any serious rule changes this year? I know it's early but, any idea of possible areas of discussion? I can't remember if I already asked this or not but.....so be it if I did.

So far, no. A lot of the changes are just adding clarifications and making more requirements as to updating threads and a "proper" way to claim the build is complete.

If you would like to see something changed or have a suggestion, feel free to post it in here.

I plan on entering this year as I got into tractors modifying over the summer. I have another child on the way and she's due in may. I hope to have my project finished by the deadline as money allows. I have big plans with a radical build that will be built from scratch and be a one off as I haven't came across anything like it on the net in my research yet. This thing is going to cost a pretty penny to build. I've already started acquiring parts for the build. So far I'm about $370 in parts. I know I probably won't win the contest but it will be fun to do a one off build.

When you enter the build contest do you have to reveal what your building and the plans of the build?

Yea. You need to say what you are going to do to make the machine, and take pictures of your parts that will be used as the base.

I'm planning full suspension also, if the rules allow it. Been collecting parts for a couple of months now. Just waiting for the build off to begin so I can start working on it.

I'm toying with the idea, I have 7 tractors now and only room for 7 LOL!  I really want to work with an old murray at my in-laws to make a street style/ratrod build.  Having issues deciding.

Is a video mandatory of the finished, working unit?
