| Maybe a diaphragm pump? I read the earlier polaris 3 cylinders had crank bearing issues. Does it have the oil tube to the bearings? i believe it was the ones on the PTO side. Is this the mono-block? Or are the cylinders 3 separate castings? The mono-block with the 3 into 1 exhaust manifold seemed to be more reliable, since it was tuned to less power? the mono-block with 3 separate exhaust pipes to a can and the block with the separate cylinders had more power, thus, higher wear.
......Did I mention that sleds are my other hobby? lol

| Whats wrong with a pulse pump for like a briggs? that should move enough fuel right? or make a manifold with a single carb since you won't need all the power of a polaris triple. | |

One of the youngins came by and started talking about all the upgrades to the motor and suspension... and concluded "it was customized for racing" the one big mod he pointed out that should have stuck out the seat was professionally cut down to a one seater Well as he is my favorite nephew i gess i know what hes getin for Christmas. unless someone stops buy and offers stupid money for it

| LUCKY!! haha, i guess i don't need it, I already have a polaris sled anyway. 1995 polaris indy 500 with the phenomenal 488 fuji liquid. Love that thing. The big difference between the '95 and '96 is the suspension. '96 is way better. My dad has the same thing I do, only a '96, and we've beaten the crap out of it. Never fails to to run and still goes 80. 5700 miles on his, 2300 on mine. | |
