Shes back in buissnes with a new to me used predator and a 7 inch engine pulley.

The 633 you had that failed after a long high speed run, could you tell what failed first or was it pretty hard to tell afterwards? Just wondering for my own machine as I was planning on doing some long range running. Maybe some sort of pump and oil cooler setup would be a help? You'd think they would keep on going though as long as they were filled with oil. I went about 4-5 miles with mine non stop at around 17-19mph but probably not much farther than that. It was fairly hot and kicked a little oil out but no serious issues that I know of.

We ran a 26 mile loop. Probably 20 of that was 3rd hi full throttle

I do remember mine were fairly hot to touch after going a few miles.

I suppose it wouldn't be too hard to drill and tap some holes in the top of the axle tubes and then pressure feed both sides. Maybe with a normal gear driven automotive oil pump running off the axle or something. If you had decent enough size lines so it would flow. Probably would keep them a lot cooler too. Wouldn't need a lot of pressure I wouldn't think, just a bit.

I guess the other gears and shafts make out ok with the needle bearings.

So for the first time in forever this thing hit the trail again with an epic group of 25 other tractors.

After some rowdy trails with creepycrawler I had tontear the trans apart and replace the bent axles.

Along with finally replacing the steering and spindles.

Back from the dead again. Have been a few upgrades to this thing over the last year. Like 2" rear stretch, jd front axle , winch install, and some hillvilly beadlocks on new tires.

I saw some of the GER stuff on FB.  Looks like there was lots of carnage.

Always love seeing you out on this thing! You’re definitely well matched to the tractor, having been on it for so long.

There always is a lot of carnage there when we have large groups show up.

This tractor is pretty basic so not a lot fails often on it, it's not changed much in the near decade I've been riidng it so it's pretty dialed in.
