I built it out of angle iron I had laying around, and an old plastic tote.

Didnt like how high my seat sat, so I cut 3 inches out of the mount.

Never, ever, under any circumstances, paint that tractor. That thing looks so good

No worries on that. I have thought about taking it apart and hitting it with a clear coat so that it stays this way. This is the exact way my grandfather left it and I will keep it painted like this as I can

What front tires are those? They're killer. The back tires look like they're really good in the mud too. Look almost like paddle tires

I honestly have no idea what the fronts are. Just some China special I found in ebay. They are 20x7x8 and where $28 shipped for both.

Rears creepy crawler found while at a junkyard and snagged them for me, again some Chinese off brand. I think we gave $50 or something like that for them

nothing much to update as of late.

I tried a gear flip in the trans instead of a weld and busted it the first trip out, so I need to replace a trans.

That sux man... Hope you find one pretty cheap.

@offroadohio confirmed that the fronts were China specials, but they were copied from ITP XRC Holeshots, which aren't cheap. I recognized them from my SAE Baja racing days, when we would throw some serious money at the cars we built!


As far as the clear coating of the tractor goes, it is risky. I am in the same boat with my Craftsman. I matte cleared the bottom of my rusty seat and it just ended up making the rust look unnatural. I think keeping the tractor stored someplace dry and out of the sun will keep it just the way it is for many years to come, that is what I decided to do with mine anyways.

Rolled thos tractor yesterday, broke spindle, bent rear axle, blew tire off the bead, beat up the sheet metal. But she will be fixed

You bent one of those rear axles?? Must've been quite the roll. No damage to the transaxle case?

Case looks ok but i have 4 more 633 transaxles. So no this be another one for parts.

I swapped a spindle on and droge it off the trailer. Just needs the axle swapped. Everyrhing else os cosmetic
