what happens when you hot start in 3'd get some air and land on a rock. had to bend it back to
"straight" in the field so my toe alignment was ok

Yep, gave 'er a little scratch. It'll rust over in no time though, hahaha.

Did it bend up that sears? Anything besides scrapes?

The belt, IDK I was needing a new one and it was pretty hot from mowing.
The trans mount came loose because genius here didn't put lock washers on them.  Because of this, the other one was bent and I had to bend it back.  I don't have pics of that.
IHNFC what happened to the spindle.  All of a sudden I heard a scraping noise and the blades shut off.  I didn't even hit rocks.

Maybe your mandrel bearing siezed. That's a pretty clean break it looks like.

Ouch!  Where was the fail.  Axle or spindle? Kinda looks like axle.  You ok?  Looks like it dug in the Ground.

Is it the stamped steel front axle? I just replaced one of those on a craftsman lt1000 I got for cheap with a cast iron one earlier today. Then wouldn’t ya know it I got a free tractor with a cast iron axle I could’ve used rather than buying the one I used haha

Neither.  E clip fell off the top of the spindle.  I did a wheelie and the front end went off the ground and the tire and spindle stayed on the ground.  I feel stupid because I saw that it was gone but forgot about it when I went to do the wheelie.  LOL  Everything is fine, except later on that romp I popped the tube in one of the fronts.

Yeah, it is. Haha

I can send ya as many cast iron fronts as ya need lol. I’ve got access to quite a few. That goes to anyone really, if you need something fairly small I may be able to hook you up, just let me know in the DMs
