All motor oil is "SAE". SAE is the Society of Automotive Engineers, and is the governing body that sets and maintains the standards for viscosity. SAE 10W30 for example means: "This oil is a 10-30W multigrade as defined by the Society of Automotive Engineers". The SAE marking on a bottle of oil does NOT indicate quality, nor does it indicate whether that particular oil is suitable for your application. In other words, you can pick up a bottle of oil that will bear the SAE logo, but that does NOT mean it's the right stuff for your engine.

| Best way would be to find out the part number for your coil. Then you can google the part number and find out all the other engines it fits.

All flat heads are L head? Gravely walk behind tractors used T head engines. One valve on each side of the cylinder. Probably other examples of this on early car engines ect. but I don't know. | |
