I think there's little things that it could be better, and worse from the go pro. Such as how it uploads files, what options (recording-how does it show you that you are recording) mud-water audio splashing, what sounds the camera makes in the case, how well it does actually picking up the audio in a bumpy situation, how well it does in shaky situations, how tough the case really is. I have the version go pro, the model right before the hero 2 came out, and still use it today. Nothing is wrong and very very tough. Besides audio with the closers backing door and how it can't pick up dark filming for crap, it's great camera. I've filmed hours of RC vehicals and the slow motion, and waterproof is great, so on that note, I really wanna see how this performs.

First test, this is with a chest mount no waterproof case. First impression is superb for the price. - The sound on these are never any good atleast in the waterproof case, so the ones you see on YT with superb sound is usally an external mic attached or another standalone sound recorder.

Since the first post, I got Two SJ5000's and they are good, what owners with a gopro won't tell you,: is that the sound is crap on all Action Cameras used in the waterproof housing.BTW The SJ4000 is still going strong, and the battery is decent now too
