A k241 is a 10hp motor and the model of tractor gives it away, "10"6 if it were 12 hp it would be 126 which they did make, try onlycubcadets.com for information.

The carb can easily be found on eBay, not cheap tho. There are Chinese reproduction carbs on there for $75 or u could get a used one for varying prices, just search "k241 carb".
