| k2500life is building 2 buggies and I decided I'd build one with him. I've started by cutting 2 mowers up to make one long one and have built the deck outline. I still have to build the uprights and front wheel hubs and make spacers for the back.

| I know I could have chevykid but I didn't want 3 buggies in one post. I got the deck up now I just have to do supports. will probably have all the supports in by tonight.

| Yes willis923 that is why I started another topic for my buggy.
I got all my main frame done and bolted and got my front tires on. Will put pics up tomorrow when there's light. All I have to do is make wheel spacers for the back and build my clutch and shifter

| I just got a brand new 21hp single cylinder briggs platinum engine and was wondering if I should swap out my 14.5 for it. I'm wondering if It will take the water and mud | |

| That's what I was thinking. I got it because my moms mower blew the engine and she had a warranty on it so they gave her a new one and I kept the old one to rebuild. | |

| i gotta ask. whats the purpose of having the platform and everything several feet up, but having the engine so low... you'll swamp the engine before the water even thinks of touching the platform

| Everything will be snorkel so that it can run in deep water. And mine is mainly just so I have something to drive at Corbett because nothing I own is big enough and out there it's a lot of deep water. I was thinking about entering this into the build off but I thought of it to late. | |

| So what exacly do you do to waterproof your wireing? And do you compleatly submurge the motor or just up to the flywheel. | |

| We put all the solenoids and such on the deck, and silicon rant thing else, and usually not higher than the flywheel but really depends | |

That shrink wrap stuff helps water proof it too
