The under dog

What welder are you using to aluminum weld? My boss has a Millermatic 220 but I really dont want to spend like $800 on a spool gun for it.

i am going to try it in my hf 170amp 220 welder with 6ft leads i heard on a welding forum that it should be able to push it but if not oh well

Gotta have a spool gun buddy. My cousins Hobart handler won't even push it.

So I did not get the aluminum welding capabilities like I wanted but work still goes on. I got the front seat support done and the bracing for under the engine mounting plate.


think I found a hood if cummins bayou and I can meet up I will be getting one of these style hoods from him so a big big thanks to CB

It will look really good I hope. I am hopefully getting my old go kart (not the orange one) tomorrow and i am going to use the spindles off of it and some other stuff

So anyone want to donate $200 US ? So I am going to get 15x6-6 back and 13x5-6 front also need to order my spindles (my dad didn't want me to cut up the first gokart he built) and rims. Got the old Kawasaki in the shop.

as a feller who grew up with the name LAWREN, I know JUST how he feels

fixed the head bolt hole for the Kawasaki. Still waiting on bmi and other parts for the kawasaki

I got the parts for the Kawasaki today but I still don't know if bmi has shipped

Kawasaki is running but it smokes more than pug does so...

So that bmi order I had yeah they canceled it. So I reorder the stuff Tuesday and it is scheduled to be in tomorrow. once that comes in I can get a roller going and then next week I am going to meet CB some where to get the fenders and hood
