| Working on some small things. the straps I have on top of the axle that hold it all together are just thin metal, so when I sinched them down they bent. Heres what they look like normally: (Holding the bolts together at the top of the axle) And this is a pic of when I took them off, straightened out one and the other is bent up. Now to modify.... Made some pins too so the axle wont slide back and fourth. I also tore the whole front end off while I was at it and prepping it for priming and paint, leafs individually. | |

| *900th post yay* lol Well ive been really busy with the racer, but this thing still works so i ride it sometimes. I want to so a fall romp at my friends, more or less just hang out. Anyways ive always had belt issues and i think i finally chased it down, 3 Kevlar belts later. I bought a 1/2" - 79" belt, put it on, and now it clutches great. as the belt stretches slightly, it gets better. i can push the clutch in and roll through the gears better than ever. i need to make belt retainers for the clutch pulleys and the rear pulley, like take off the rear fender, and i don't really wanna o that ATM lol. Picture from post-the test drive today Here are some jumping pics from what ive collected. | |

I'd like it a lot if my sweatshirt didn't smell like exhaust after a run. Kinda loud too. If I do this opposed swap I might do dual side pipes.

| Next big upgrade 820 time, well later on in winter/spring. My 930 works good, its just that the half shafts have worn the aluminum cases so much that the axles can move 1/4" up and down inside the case's ends. And sence i want to motor swap this for something better and get really agressive tires, why not get the junkyards last one before its to late? Some mounting nuts didnt come off so i justt took the whole tranny mounts off the chassis lol. Might just weld them right to my frame if it would work out. Well i wanted to crack this open to put new grease in it, and the two tranny mount bolts on the left side (odd?) were very seized in it. Ugh, steel bolts in a aluminum case. I was going to use a ratchet to twist them out but the head of the bolt was moving and the other end wasn't. so instead of breaking bolts, i took a hammer and beat the bolts down and out of there. used wd-40 and everything. The picture is becuse the axle kept moving when i was tring to break the bolts lose...LOL Opened the case and thats where i stopped for the night. | |

| Your engine is sideways! You will just go around in circles! Lol...
Nice fab work on the exhaust. Going to need a couple of braces for the long one.
