But I was confussed becaues i thougt the part was for your JD but i now know it a totally diffrent mower your builtin.

Got more parts today, all from Mfg supply, some parts missing. And one whole box missing from BMI karts. At least I got hubs and rims and tires.

Stock and governed in the start i guess.

All primed, I took it down to the bare metal, where the grey is.


Made a template in paper to trace on too 5/64 thick carbon steel for the gear shifter hole.


Roughly cut 5/64 sheet metal,


Finally started on the front hubs, I needed to angle the axles about 8 to 10 degrees. And temporarily fastened with one spot weld.






I will bend em square and true.




Got the nitro shocks,


They have an awesome purple glow but the camera cant catch it,

Cool new shocks. I ment the color as in the final paint lol.

Not sure, White/ Blue'ish with Thunder on the sides also will have a theme of Raw aluminium and blue like the shocks, Airfilter, Fuel lines and so on.

Had the idea to use rivets when patching the gear shifter hole, so now I will probably use more rivets in the build as a part of the theme.

Also got the CVT by COMET in the mail today, looks massive and is massive.


Can you say Tight fit! Thats 9-7/8" Driven Unit by Comet, Made in the USA.


The Jackshaft, Just imagine the CVT is flipped around.


Also Sketching/ drawing up the dash layout.
