I plan on doing a lot to it and use all these parts and peice that I have collected and bought but most of it I had laying around like the frame and stuff the rest is going to make my skid plate and make my existing frame stouter and a MST 206 it's going to be locked and have 4 points of contact and the skid is are going to run from the front all the way out the rear an plus add more support for the mst 296

@Brianator I. Really ain't thought about but if it okay with man I lie the beasts as u said cause I am going to put a lot in to but that is all I have stuff ordered to that is coming in an paint and stuff.

Sounds good to me, it has a nice ring to it!

@Brianator thanks man this means a lot to me to do something like this for the 1st in my hole life exspecally a mower . But it has always been ol Chevy trucks but I am excited for this build off and to see everyone builds and I am going to put my very best in to this build and try to take my time so I can git it all right .

Experience pointers for the build-off:

• Like you said, take your time.
  
• Pace yourself to finish by Halloween. Gives you time to break and fix it, also come up with a plan for videoing the final product.
  
• When it is operational and *fits the completion rules, go ahead and make a complete video even if you are not done.  This gets you locked in even if something catastrophic happens to the tractor later that would not cause it to no longer qualify.  Should you improve the build, you can always make a new updated video!  You will not be forced to use the first one.
  
• Don't let other's pace at building discourage your build.  Everyone has different technical skills/tools/and time.  DO let other's ideas and input inspire your build.
  
• People will tell you to "do this", "try that", "you should this"...  Ultimately, it is your build.  You build it your way, unless one of those ideas is about safety or you think its a better idea then you can do it.
  
• Careful of build-off fatigue.  Give yourself milestones to accomplish, that way when you accomplish them, you feel the sense of success.  That's a positive emotion.  Just endless drone building without goals, can cause burn-out and fatigue.  Many walk away from it to never finish.
  
• I would focus on one build at a time.
  

I thought I would shoot that out there for your build since you said it was the first time to do something like this.

• Starts,

• Drives under its own power.
  
• Throttle must be installed and operable remotely (without operator touching engine).
  
• Kill switch must be installed and operable without operator touching engine.
  
• Engine must start with a switch of some type or be pull-start.
  
• Braking system must be installed and functional.
  
• Steering system must be installed and functional.
  

Np man! You have all year but make sure you keep working on it regularly and leave a couple months near the end for any changes you want to make and finishing touches. It's really time consuming when it's all custom and I've screwed myself by walking away for periods of time.

All of @MightyRazes advice is solid, wish I'd followed that a bit more closely! Lol

@MightyRaze @Brianator guys I want to thank you both from the bottom of my heart and I appreciate it all but this is t some im giveing up on and I will take ur alls advise anyday but I am limited on tools but yes I will pace my shelf on this build because I want it and to turn out right but mostly some of it will be stock looking beside the frames and skidplates and the housein for my locked mat 206 and the pulley ratio for pulley swapping is the hardest for me cause i dont want to put to much and bust my mst206 so I will be makein a housefor also and for my oppy motor it be all stock
