I recently converted my Peerless 820 for oil lubrication instead of grease. However, oil has been leaking out of my axle bearings where I believe that my seals are going bad. Does anyone know where I could find replacement seals or bearings for it that are cheaper than the $40 a piece bearings on sears parts direct? Thanks!

Local bearing supplier or eBay. Ask a tractor mechanic where they get theirs because those people always know a guy. Atleast that's how it works in our shop, but then again iam a spoiled little mechanic.
My bearings cost about 20 USD total with shipping from Germany but that might be a pita for you.

Seriously, 820's don't have them. Some tips, oil is thinner than the grease. Don't need as much oil. As long as the gears can pick it up, it will sling it all over. If you are going fast, you need a case vent of some sort. That will help some. Some people use grease packed washers to help seal it off. In the end, the axles will leak due to the trans not being designed for Oil.
