1999 yard king 22hp gt ( murray widebody gt)

i picked this yard king up for 40 dollars with no engine i put a 22hp briggs intek on it off a john deere la145 i had its the same exact engine that was on it originally unfortunatly it is a hydrostatic and the gear drive models have a peerless 820 so i might convert it i do have the 52inch deck that has good spindles,the wiring was trash so i did a push button toggle kill im not sure what im gobna do with it other than use it in the woods for work it has the bottom part of a sleeve hitch on it i might try to find the rest let me know your feed back

I have a sleeve hitch for sale. Came from a GT6000. PM me if your interested. Anyway, oughtta be a good workhorse!

oh yea this thing is a beast

I installed an 18hp opposed twin and a drive belt and front tire and it's a nice utility machine

this project did not get complete because the tractor had a bad hydrostatic transmission so it has since been parted out and scrapped

Thanks for an update to an older topic.  Would you like us to lock it up?

sorry for the late reply but you can go ahead and lock it up, i scrapped this tractor a year and a half ago
