Thanks. Yeah i was blown away after I cleaned the lenses. They where full of mud and dirt when i took them off, Maybe that protected them from the sun.

Sorry, just catching up on your thread. I can't see the images at work. Looks like you moved your battery forward. Clearance OK on that rag joint? Also, any plans to replace the rag joint in the future or sticking with it?
Super nice build.

That joint has been remade at some point in its life out of heavy tire. Its feels very good so I will leave it for now. There is about a 1/2" clearence from the battery and the steering shaft, the battery is slid all the way to one side to buy me room for future plans. Now the bushing at the dash where steering shaft goes through the dash is shot so i will be remaking that out of some self lubricating plastic such as delrin

Today was the day for start up. Took a small video clip. Runs really good and exhaust sounded good, not to loud. Was funny when i went to shut it off only one of the coils was hooked up to the key switch . wire fell off other so when i turned it off it only killed one cylinder. All fixed now though. Also installed the air filter. There is zero room under the hood for anything else. Also decided against the dirtbike filter.
Front and rear lights are wired
Airfilter in
Did a edit to figure out how to post a video. Sorry new to this
Small update with no pics. Today was a bit of a fail i did get a spot ground out in the axle for a keyway for the rear Hydro brake so the disc is done and mounted . Down side I used a old Hydro cable that was completely stopped up so no fluid made it to the caliper. I spent about and hour trying to unclog it with no luck. Tomorrow I will steal one off a four wheeler in hopes to wrap the brakes up. Seemed like a easy project thats been a huge pain, id rather Fab up parts any day. Lol

Not much has happened to the Murray been sick but here is a monthly update. Mounted up a winch behind the rear bumper also made a bushing for the steering. Might call it done after I build a front bumper. Want to play it safe and finish for once.

After spending some time looking at the fairlead im going to cut the mounts back out and see if I can get it to mount as flush with the bumper as possible. I love where its at but sticks out a little to far. Think I might be able to get it half inch further into the bumper.

Looking pretty good. I always liked those style front tires. The tread just looks aggressive.
Not to be a jerk or anything but you might try uploading pics in a bit smaller size, like 800 pixels or whatever. It's kinda hard to see some of the pics when they're too big, gotta scroll across them.
The rear bumper is pretty cool too, I think I have some of those square LED lights too. I was going to put one on the back of my simplicity for a backup light.
Noted on the pic size. I have noticed my pics take a while to load also.
On the rear lights there is always times on the trails or work where you just wish you had rear lights without turning your rig around, sometimes theres no room to do so. Im building this as a trail/ light work machine.

Started on the front bumper today. Its made of sch 40 pipe. It bolts to the frame and has heavy d rings mounts that will also act as a pivot point for implements. Still have to find steel for the stinger. Also resized the pic so hope that helps

Ok been awhile coming for this. Today I finally got to ride it!! Went well with a couple of things that needed work. One being one of the Cheap ebay headlights went out. Already replaced and the second the clutch rod and leverage was all out of wack also fixed that and will give a try tomorrow. Other than that im very pleased with it. Took a small video buy the audio is no good on my phone so will do another.
Winch came in handy blocking it up to do the belt install
Did some trailing on the property
Here im moving the lever on the foot clutch from the middle to the end so its inline with my dual clutch

Always a good feeling to finally get to use something you have been building for a while! She's a beauty. I know you are finishing up. Just let us know when you are complete and have your walk around video!
Great Job.
