| Thanks guys! @sebastianAlbrecht I hear ya it always takes me forever to finish a project as well. Im giving it my all to finish this year. This Texas heat is not helping @ murraymountain i will for sure clean up those cuts And if i can afford tires by the end of the build i might throw some ag tires on not exact tread but closer to what factory would be i think. @ mightyraze its the best i could come up with without welding on the hood. Had to keep the stock lenses. Lol | |

| Not much of a update its been hot in Texas but i wanted to keep within the posting rules..i did get some wiring done, i cut into the stock harness and cut out all the safety switches and cleaned things up a bit. This is the 1st time I have turned the engine over so starter is good as Well as spark in both cylinders! Next will be exhaust and throttle and i hope to hear it run. Was already a little i to the clean up but did get a pic Here is where im at now. There will be more wiring to come with the lighting and such. | |

| Thanks murraymountain! Well i had a break in the heat today and decided to get some work done. Im all over the place on what im doing next but today was rounding up some brake parts and making something happen. Got brake part from a junk ATV. To adapt the disc hub to work with the trans axle I cut the hub out of a rear mower wheel and turned it down to fit inside the disc hub so the key way will hold it in place on the axle.i have about 1/4 inch clearence issue getting the wheel to fit but I can take that from the front of the wheel or maybe space the disc out some. Not to big of a deal. Adapter inside disc hub just need to weld up And where I had to end for the night | |

| Finished up the brake mount other than notching for keyway. Other than that did some work on mounting the air filter. I wanted the engine to breath good so went with a 99 kx125 filter this filter is temp as I pulled it off my bike to figure out the install but i will be going with a nice new red one to match the build. Not the best welding but im newish to stick welding Finished up mounted and hub welded next notch for keyway up top these parts for the filter are made from a cutting board And this will be the filter i use | |

| Got the ebrake lever in the mail. What a deal that was wanted it red guy on ebay gave a tracking number few days go by and it never shipped so after dealing with ebay I got a refund and found one in black that was actually located in the U.S. after having it very happy its in black. Now im waiting on banjo bolts so i can convert it to work with my atv caliper.. Waiting for parts is always fun. Also i have been working on the exhaust had trouble with the welding of the thin tube with a stick welder but progress is being made hope to have this part finished in the next few days This will be where i mount the ebrake Headers made from a old dog pen still lots of grinding to do where other post where welded to it also got some nasty welds to clean up | |

| Went out a little while ago and got the banjo bolt and a bag of nuts and bolts from tractor supply to replace the hardware all around the tractor. The Banjo bolt size for this is 3/8-24 all they had was a long one so will come up with some spacers tomorrow. This leaves me with just the brake fluid tank and the brakes are complete. | |

| Fuel line will be ran out of the way of the header waiting for new fuel pump and cut off to finish the fuel system. Both are on the way. Well have not done much it's been 109 outside so hiding inside from that. Lol I got new tires for the rear in today went with the 18x 9.50-8 ag tires same size as whats on it now. Im trying to keep the c.g down with how it will be used. I have various other parts coming in the mail this week and hope to start it next week. | |

| Thanks! Wire wheel and flap disc is what i have used so far. On my second harbor freight grinder just from this project alone.
Looking at the back of this thing today i have decided im going to be removing about 5" from the bottom of the back of the frame. Going with smaller tires i have less ground clearance there. | |
