@Dustin M. Yes sir lol. The spray can and rim was about 25°F so I brought them in from the shed to warm up for a hour before painting.

Got the engine back in it and now there's no power to the system. The dang PTO spring safety broke so I don't know what now. Rewire it I guess. Any pointers?

Hate to brake it to ya but nothing new has been happening. Been to busy with work and school.

I moved the wards and did a mockup of what it will look like.

If you haven't mounted it yet, I say 'RACK ALL DAY LONG'.

When you reach my age of 52 you'll regret moving it around like that Lol but that's how we learn ! Nice build though Rack looks great.

Thanks fellas but I dont know if I'll finish before the end date. I bit off more than I can chew with there 2 entrys. I gotta figure out how to wire this thing to see if the engine will even run. I got know clue how to wire a tractor. Just looking behind the dash at all those wires, switches, headlights, starter, points, and dash gauges I'm definitely out of my comfort zone. Any tips or giddiness?

LOL, I typically rip it all out and start over with the wiring.

Start with the ones that make the engine run and stop.  
Then Charging.
Then everything else.

OCTOBER 2019 UPDATED!!!

I'm going to just pull this tractor from the build off. I didn't make time for it really at all this year. Since all I did was bolt the engine back in there and painted 1 rim which it's the wrong shade of black any way I will enter it in next year's build off if they except it. I got a stock pile of parts for it. May change the plan a litt
