Rigged up a hrottle stetup today. Kinda took inspiration from the setup on the clone. Turned out really good.

I also patched the gas tank and took her for a short drive. There's definitely a lot more power now. It wouldn't even pull me up a slight incline without momentum before, now she goes straight up the driveway. I'll do more testing for top speed and such tomorrow.

Nice work with the intake and throttle setup there Rich. I imagine it'll be a nice inprovement.

I think the briggs is really all the motor this thing needs.  Maybe save that 212 for a sweet go-kart.

Tubes for the mini should be here by the first.

Fixed the headlight on the F11 but the carb started leaking again...

I would say the same, put a shut off on it for now...

Something I fix breaks at least at the rate of 1 or 2 a week haha, just depends how much $ and time it takes to get it right again.

Might sand the sides of the needle and seat a bit. There's a shutoff on the tank.

I don't know if the rubber is on the needle or the seat here, but due to its age, that rubber is probably a little harder and dryer than it is suppose to be

So the seat must be where the rubber meets the needle.

So it turns out that the needle wasnt the problem, the float had a hole in it! So over several hours of burning myself with a soldering iron and heat gun (which i discovered is far easier to solder with in this situation than an actual soldering iron) and other general pains I put together a good float. Can't wait to ride this bike again.

Oh, and the mini bike needs a guide for the throttle linkage.

Shift pedal/lever keeps coming loose on the F11, kinda annoying. Minibike still needs the jets drilled, but besides having to run with the choke it's pretty mint.

Had a problem with the F11 dying after a point in the throttle travel; pulled main jet and cleaned it. Runs well now. Crap in tank must have plugged it. May invest in a filter that's not the sediment bowl on the tank.

I really like the look of this bike. Fuel tank still leaks but only seeping through really. No issues as of late.

A few months ago now i got tired of the throttle sticking on the minibike, so i pulled the grip off and started putting a different one on. Finally finished doing that today and the throttle really feels like something factory now.

Also i felt the need to do this

Took the minibike out for a top speed run today. I didn't realize it went this fast. The tires are terribly unbalanced, the frame picks up a weird harmonic and really buzzes me.

Oh yeah i soft seized the minibike like a month ago but she broke loose again and didn't seem to care. A 3hp Briggs isn't a big deal to me, i can pick one up for $10 anywhere

The petcock on the F11 decided to start leaking too, and when i went to go take it apart the screw holding the valve in broke the head off. Had to cut a slot in what was left and grind a screwdriver to get it out. Replaced the O ring and it's all good. I'm neener tired of pulling miracles on stuff.

So i went out to go get the mail on the minibike, on the way back the rod let go and locked her up. Whooooops. I think I'll get another 3hp with a good rotating assembly and do some mods and put her back together. I'd go bigger but I'm not in the mood to buy a ¾" clutch
