| Don't worry @Double W Cross Ranch I'm actually going to answer the question you asked lol. I remember when you first put the other set of fenders and floorboards on this tractor and I really liked it. I think you should find some mud flaps and make some flares with them and build a rear rack for it too. A trimmed fender would look cool too, but I wouldn't get rid of the fenders completely. | |

Oh well I think that one will be strong enough. That with a camo hood, and those fenders, should look really good! Would mount it closer to the hood though.

Don't worry, I'm going to. But my grinder is temporarily out of commission. Lol, and seeing as how my other fender is welded to the Roper, I now can't proceed till I get it working again. - biggasmowers wrote:

| The words "nothing fancy" don't belong in the 2018 Build-Off! Hahaha, just kidding. | Been receiving a lot of requests about what my front suspension is going to be like, especially from a certain @AllisKidD21, lol. Sorry to disappoint him. Yeah sorry, nothing fancy. Just something along these lines, with the pivot bolt. The wonder of editing, haha. For fenders, this is kinda what she's going to look like, the black represents fender flares, the red represents what I'm cutting off. And mud lites. Battery tray, needs a couple more supports, but didn't have time this morning. And there is why I need my grinder to get the other fenders off. | |

| Oh man those are a lot of boogers to cut through! I like the mod you have planned for your fenders. Your front suspension design is simple, but I'm pretty sure that will help stabilize it at high speeds. | |

Thanks, and I know where I'm getting the material for the flares. There's a mud flap sitting in the road.... Good, I know that when AK sees it though, he's going to through a fit. He wants me to do some 4 point something or other. No offense intended, BTW!

| Hey man that same setup is what Mr. Modified did on his famous Baja Sears. It seems like it worked okay. I would run just shocks though and no coil overs. The front pivot pin supports the weight of the tractor on the axle so you don't need to add springs to hold the tractor up. I think shocks would smooth out and stabilize the ride. I do wonder what AllisKidD21's thoughts are on this. @Buck Mault just did this to his sears too and I wonder what he thinks. | |
