Spicer 6 speed shifting issues Empty

Iv doc lockered this spicer 6speed, and it works great, but for some reason, no matter where i move the shifter on the top of the transaxle, it only has forward gears, no reverse or nuetrel, very strange. If anyone has any input it would be greatly apprecheated
