| Well belive it or not, my car still runs! It drives and stops too! Hahaha. Anyhow I finally bought myself a nice 2" receiver and wiring harness for the ol' Geekuinox. Got it put in today: Dealing with speed nuts full of rust was less than enjoyable, but she's bolted up and good to go now! Pretty happy, been wanting to get one for some time now! | Looks pretty good AK, I’ve had an eventful day with my daily drivers.
Wrecked the green Chevy TWICE within 5 minutes of each other. First one I had my left arm out the window and was cruising with my right hand and some kid in a Volvo S60 was absolutely hauling behind me and hit my back corner, sideswiped my driver side. Lucky I’ve got quick reflexes or Ida lost my arm. I ran his ass down zigging and zagging through alleys and backstreets, when I finally caught him and he started getting out of the car it occurred to me he may have a firearm. Got lucky I guess, he had one but never took it out of the car. Had a tinfoil ball about the size of a baseball wrapped around his ankle lol.
Anyway it was just a busted taillight and a scrape for me, trashed his headlight, front fender, and his door on the Volvo. Ouch. I think I won that one.
Then 5 minutes later I was talking to my dad on the phone telling him what happened, came up to a confusing intersection and just tapped a Nissan Sentra. Again, just a scuff on my front bumper but left a little dent and a pretty decent scrape on her driver door.
My buddy got a video of the chase, debating posting it but haven’t decided yet. We were running redlights and stop signs, going 60 down alleyways and neighborhoods so I’m sure it doesn’t look good.
Then to top it all off I did a compression check on the impala. 0 psi on cylinder 6. F*ck me. So the impala needs an engine, insurance rates are gonna go up, and almost lost my arm. So yeah how was everyone else’s day lmao

| Hahaha. At least your day was more exciting than mine lol. It'd make a good video for sure! There is car chase videos on YT, but only by the law. Wonder what YT would have to say about it... | |

| She’s a tank for sure. But mechanically, not so much. Ranger wins that one by a large margin. Most miles on any of my vehicles by almost 200k, and the mf just wont quit...other than that little electrical gremlin that pops up once every few weeks. Still can’t figure that one out.
For those keeping track, Impala is going on engine #4 and is on transmission #2 and it’s a 2 owner (I’m the second) car with 124k. The first 107k was grandpa. See why I named this car after my bipolar ex? Lmfao
Also forgot to mention that the pics of the truck are 100% unedited. That’s just the golden hour lighting and they were taken on an iPhone 8. I think they look pretty good myself

| I find it funny this thread picked up yesterday after I had been working on mine. Boy I feel it today. I never think to take pix or video when working on the car. Would have been a good opportunity for either. Me laying in the trunk doing the 6 nuts for the rear struts would have been quite comical. I will say, the Impala has quite the spacious trunk. While I was in there, I bet you could fit 3 of me with some more room to spare. I'm 6'1" and a handful over 300lbs. *Stock Photo. Not recent but not changed. | |

| @frostypaws that winter beater corolla is pretty slick looking, I bet it preforms amazing in the snow. I had a cavalier and that thing was almost unstoppable on the snowy roads with a really good set of tires up front. I surprised a lot of people with that car. | |

| OK, I'll play. Daily: 2016 F150. Lariat. Ecoboost with the max tow package. Sunny day play toy to spend time with my missus: It's "mostly" stock..... Autocross car being built: 302 HO, holley DP, edlebrock intake, 5speed,full front and rear Maximum motorsports suspension, etc, etc. Just about everything you see is custom, it started out as an 83 base hatchback, v6, auto, no options at all, not even a center console! Bikes, for when i feel like it: 83 Yamaha Venture. Full on frame up custom. Basically, it's a Yamaha Vmax 1200 crammed into a Yamaha Venture. 150 Hp touring bike. Man, it goes......I've run mid to high 11's in the 1/4. Not bad for a 1000 lb touring bike with the aerodynamics of a 4x8 sheet of plywood. On the street, you better be straight up and pointed where you want to go when you grab a fistful of throttle because it's going to get there at warp speed! 89 FJ1200. Currently in the middle of the build up process. This is intended to be a "light" custom. | |

| Some sharp looking machines, I remember reading about the mustang. What’s the corvette got in it? Lt1 with a t56?
F-150 is nice, that’s my favorite generation I think. I don’t like the refresh. Looks like someone stuffed a harmonica in the grille haha. You said ecoboost, that the 3.5 or 2.7?

The “new” grills on this gen F-150 make it look too much like an SUV or family car IMHO. 3.5, you can’t get the 2.7 with the max tow option. At least not in 2016 you couldn’t...

Yep, nearly 400 hp and 400 ft/lbs. For a 3.5 liter v6, it’s a freaking monster! My crew cab 4x4 is supposed to be good for high 13’s in the 1/4. Thats just ridiculous!
