Generator help

Please help Ok so a have a generac 7500 running watts 13500 starting watts so the dude that owns had a 60gallon compressed and a Lincoln electric arc welder plugged up and he started it up and it wouldn't produce electricity and he said he replaced the stator in it but that didn't work and I tried to plug up a drill and turn the chuck of the drill to remagnatize it but that didn't work either any help is appreciated

Maybe check the breakers in it.

I've already flashed it checked the brushes but I don't know what to check for continuity

Got it fixed I unplugged the brushes and hooked a lawnmower battery straight to them and started it up then connected the battery and it worked so now just have to figure out where the average is

Don't try this at home because I spent $85 on a avr and that didn't fix so in glad I didn't plan on being a electrician because this would have just ruined that
