Hey yall this here is the mudslinger. I'm excited to join the forum. I came across it a few weeks back and couldn't believe I never found it before. I was in amazement when I found such a large group of people with the same interest as me. Hope I can contribute some of my knowledge on here as well as learn from many others. A little background on me. I'm 19 years old from mid missouri. Been riding lawn mowers collecting tools since I was about 7 or 8. My first mower was a little John Deere. Went Mudding on it, pulled a little trailer which is how I leaned to back one. By the time I was 14 I had more tools than most adults. I started then tinkering with mowers more and modifying them. I learned a lot on them late nights out in my garage cutting, welding, designing, and so on. Pretty well all my knowledge is self taught with a little help from the Internet. A thanks the Fearlessfront as well as many welding sites. Now I'm a freshman in college studying civil engineering technology. Plan to take over the family construction business in the future. For right now i spend every night down in my now basement shop modifiying mowers and doing other fabricating projects. Just finished building an outdoor wood furnace back in December to heat my house. Well that's a little flash of my life story and how I got into offroad lawn mowers.

Hi Gabe, Welcome.
Sounds like your upbringing was like mine. I think on all holidays and birthdays growing up, I got underware and tools too, LOL. I got a basement full now, tools that is, LOL. Welcome.

Hey man I'm in mid mo to. I'm currently on my first build. Not exactly a off road mower. It's more along the lines of a racing mower but it's going to be able to go out in the woods and mud and stuff. We should ride sometime when I get mine done
