mikesmower98, I was just thinking on paying the $85-$90 to get the different gears and then like you said not have to over drive the transmission too much.

if youre going for belt traction go 5 on the motor and 5 on the pulley with an idler 1 1/2 inches off each pulley and a dual pulley clutch mid mower with a Kevlar belt. if you do that youll have ridiculous belt traction in mud water snow dust anything

Yes it is...sorry for not keeping you guys posted on that.
This project has been put on hold, I have been putting my time into my truck since I would like to be driving to school instead of riding the bus.
