| Alright i figured i would make my own post of my mower. My mower started life as a organ doner for my grass cutter. It was in rough shape. It had a 18 horse oppy and a peerless mst 206. So i wonted to build it into a offroad mower. Befor this i had the same mower sept it was a hydro. Had 22 inch tires on rear and thats it till i got mower now. This is what it looked like. When i first started documenting my buildI already had some mods done the first was pulleys foot throttle then brakes. I did the foot to run off governer but still use the hand throttle on governer. To do this i drilled a hole in governer rod put a bolt in it with a 1/8 hole it run cable through bolt with a cable lock from a bike to hold a spring to cable. Then built a cable holder to hold cable at governer rod. with a bike brake lever I did a custum pulley setup for clutch. 6 inch front and 5 inch rear. No pix. The brake is a custom hand brake made frome deck lift components ans linkeges. One of the next thing was exaust. My brother owns a hydrolic hose bisness. And he has a tubin binder so i fabed up a flang and custom bent a piece of pipe to go under the footboard with a TSC muffler and turn down to the ground. But it wasent to last and i did this 3 inch tip with muffler inside it. Next it was on to wireing push button start and so on. The silanoid has been raised up to just under the steering wheel. Igot the hood from a friend who was tryin to build a fast mower motor (16.5 hp B&S high performance OHV) come from same mower. Cold air intake/snorkle made of 1-1/2 pvc with a china atv filter. The blower cover is of a flathead. I like the old ones better. Plus its what i needed for the shock tower support to work. later found a murray GT organ doner witch is where the 820 come from. The best mod iv done is the 4 link front suspension. Here is a link to that. https://www.atltf.com/t3709-4-link-murray-front-suspintion and steering chang from dual tierod to single with drawbar. just used spindels from an old murray. Just had to modafy the tierod and twist and make the drawbar longer. Also put tierod end on the ends. Works good but i have plans to change it. I have done lots of other lil things here and there like. Skid plate Non slip foot boards made from the inside tube of a washing machin. Hand thottle and choke lever. Closed off the deck lift hole. Pullstart. Removable hood. Pull thease pins out of bumper. Its got 26-11x12 tires on rear and 18-9.5x8 on front. And this is where its at today Im sure there is more but thats why i started this. | |

| Me like lol great idea that paint job looks sweet if you are in fact leaving the metal bare and clear coating it. | |

| My off road mower was a single. 16.5 but it had the big tank. They may have been a special model with them. | |

| Good job on the pedal. You have the two elements that make a meh-pedal into a good one. A return spring, and a stop. Much better! | |
