Very Nice. Water jet deal right? Pretty neat how accurate all that stuff works. Like those really small thin letters, came out nice.

Thanks, yeah all watercut. But ive never done letters before, and the master at work told me afterwards i did it wrong. You can see it on the "Mini" letters they are almost eaten up. But overall im happy.

Looks nice. Pretty fancy bend coming off the ports, not much room to work with there. Is the muffler just going to be open inside or are you making up some kind of baffles?

Thanks, and I'll keep 'em open, the muffled parts will be bolt on, on each exit port.

Ah, I see. It'll be interesting to see how it sounds. With those end caps bolting on, you could just make quieter inserts if you needed/wanted to.

Side exit looks great on everything, thats why i did it on mine. i think i need a collector pipe though...

I usually go a little lower-tech when cleaning rust and crud out of a tank. Clean gravel... Dare I say, I don't have the balls.
