| Thinking and planning. I cant do muchwithout pretty much all of my drivetrain parts are there. Im happy to get my engine tho. I test fired it and it sounds great. Got it with my parts mower Mock up. The front will be as low as the rear, level frame. I need all 4 tires so I can find the ride height. This is about where the steering wheel will go. its getting all new steering/front axle. you can see the hood, I might make a custom one or extend this one. ill make cardboard templates to see what I like. The heads will probally stick out the side. Heads hang off the frame rails | |

| So the original bolts are 3 3/4" 5/16" grade 5 bolts. All but one snapped in the axle carrier, all of the broken parts came out easy. I couldn't find 3 3/4" bolts so i got some 4" 5/16" grade 8 bolts, that i tapped so that there were about 1/2" more threads. Cleaned the carrier all up and put it back together for mockup purposes. Im locking it and packing it with grease later. Also Doc helped my with the pully RPM's into the trans, i divided it and plugged the rear sprocket and rpm's into a kart speed calculator. If i use 12" tires (id like to) ill need a 35T sprocket on the 700. The rear sprocket is 54T. | |

| I got a paint stripper for a drill and it works great. Might strip a little more so its all shiny. "Crack kills" If it had the original tires. Plan is to hunt for the 9" rer tires (has bearings) and snapper rer tires from 12"-14" with the 3 bolt hubs, should bolt right up to the jd peerless aaxle i have. Paying off a few things so when i get $40 i can get tires and really start working on this-im itching to! | |

| Just doing some small but important things. Took the engine plate off my parts mower frame. I welded the ends of the frame to the main rails and took 1" (actually just over 1") metal strap and boxed the frame. this old iron welds like butter, back then it didn't have a lot impurities. Not finished with it yet but its only flexing about 1/2" - if that. Originally it was like 3" | |

I like how you worded that lol. It's like "would you like a mini tractor with that engine?" LOL | |

| So as most of you heard, i got a new engine. I finally got my hands on a v twin, 21.5, pressure lube, '05 ish i believe, all that good stuff. Full wire harness. All complete. Only bad thing i've seen so far is a that someone must of pushed it off a truck, broke the air filter cover (good custom air filter excuse), bent head shrouds, bent fuel pump mount. Cleaning it out. Cleaned carb, has spark in both cyl. Silly mouse... Well out of my three lawn mower engines i have 50.5HP combined. Not bad. I need plugs, oil, and its ready for a fire. if theres a indication of hard start, ill do a valve job. Oh yeah- can you say $31 for it? | |

| Did a few things today. I got the pully off, witch was so easy, it basically fell off, i dont know why you guys complain so much about stuck pulleys...LOL - Anyways, i cut the safty's out of it, and the battery not runs off te original cables, and key start. Almost to easy, just the way i want it. Volt meter dont work, oh well. charging battery for tomorrow, and hopefully it kicks over. | |
