| get a 3" pully for the transaxle and a 4 1/2 to a 5 1/2 for the engine but when you do this remeber your gonna be going fast to i recommend a tether switch just incase you fall off it will shut off and not run you over | |

| Yes, even with a smaller engine you can go fast. Just takes you a little longer to get there. The big engines really are there to run accessories... it takes nearly nothing to make a mower move... |

| Yes, all you have to do is cut it off(Not with the shaft) And cut the top one off. Then all you have is a shaft with the key in it. Then take the bigger pulley and weld it where the original top pulley went(centered). Then put it on your tractor and get a bigger belt. Then drive around on your tractor until you break something else. | |

| Those pulleys will put you at 35 mph. I would go for a one to one ratio, or in other words, a 5 on the front, and a 5 on the transmission. This will be 15-20 mph, which is all the faster you should go on stock steering/brakes.
I had a 8hp and a 10hp, they went plenty fast. | |

| if its for off roading, definatly do a 6 to 6 or 5 to 5, that way you still have some tourque left over to spin the tires but you can still go like 15. | |
