If you were gunna part the craftsmans out, i'd make one from two and have plenty of parts left. Then sell or work it.

I'd go to the junkyard (or your other tractor Razz) and get the plastic bushing that goes in the steering box. You just have to remove the one end of the drag-link and slide it up on (I think). Worst case scenario you'd have to remove the clip (mentioned in other post) and pull the shaft out to that side and slide it on that way.  If you want it really quality you could go to your local tractor supply and get some bronze bushings and bore that hole out.
