| I never thought I would do this...
I swapped out my single cylinder 13.5hp Briggs for a 20hp V-TWIN Briggs!!! I got it all installed, except it need a carb re-build and possibly a new fuel pump.

LOL Don't worry Red it already has like 6-8" headers. Also had it running for the first time in like 10 years (the carb/ fuel-pump is blocked so it was only running on carb cleaner).

| Well I am happy today because I had it going in the snow. Well anyway it runs good and strong and I can't put the hood on because the pipes would melt the plastic on the front. I might be flipping the pipes around like red posted above^^^ so it won't melt the hood.
P.S. Donuts are hard to do with atv tires so I WILL be swapping over the turfs just for like a day or two.

| I haven't been doing much lately, because of the RMWS. BUT! I did romp it a lot in the snow, I also jumped it once (all 4 tires off the ground!). I have a mysterious flat tire in the front... I think it is because the tire was compressed when I got it, that may have screwed up the bead. So I gotta deal with it until I get a tube. The pipes sound real good, they have that AWESOME crackle when you let off the throttle real quickly and the roar when you mash it.
Other than the tire problem it preforms good.

| Nope nothing changed. But some stuff is starting to go into the void, exhaust threads are stripped in the block from apparently not having enough of a brace on the exhaust. Front left tire got a slow leak (need a tube), the bushings in the axle are crap, frame cracked again, steering slop got worse (probably from popping wheelies), and the shifter got too much slop. I thought about putting a new frame under it with all the same stuff (ie: sheetmetal, tires, trans, etc). BUT, my dad says I should keep it the exact same and drain all the fluids out of it and put it in the barn with a "Finished (for now)" sign on it, and do another off-roader. I don't know though... | |

| Just keep at it brother, a little at a time. Brace the frame with some more steel, support the shaft and tighten the linkage on the shifter... Just an hour a day, step by step.... It'll get there! | |

And to think that I was just about to reply to this anyways... Thanks Willis! Well, as I have been busy with the build off rally I haven't touched this since about December . Hopefully I can revive it when the build off is finished. It has been a workbench. Sorry about the lack of updates on this.
