Speed Calculation Sheet

Engine RPM:                    
Gear Ratio:
Tire Size (Rear):

Wheel Circumference - Wheel Diameter X 3.14=

Circumference In Feet -  wheel circumference  /12=

Wheel RPM - Engine RPM / Gear Ratio =
                                         
Feet / Min. - Wheel Circumference(ft) X  wheel rpm =
                             
Feet / Hr. - feet per min   X 60=
                         
Miles / Hr. -    /5,280  = mph

Thank you for posting this. Also, if this forum is capable of hosting the file and if anybody is interested, I have a Excel based spreadsheet file that does the calcs for you. You just plug in the variables like sprocket and wheel sizes, RPM etc, and it spits out the answers.
