| Here you are folks! Little yard work Our rock bluff, 40 ft cliff! After some serious trails, i think i might re-consider getting new tires and the 820, and just keep what got, i love them small tires, the worked great on the soft dirt and rocks. What i need: Belt keepers Brakes, hand brake New steering box and steering stops Front axle traction bar/stabilizer | |

| id blow the old up before upgrade. Personal opinion of mine of course. I would try a more aggressive rear tire tho. My buddy gets around as good as i do with stock 4 wheeler tires.. until his tires cake up with mud and i keep truckin along.
Only upgrades i would do to this tractor of yours would be, Tires, front and rear. but only front because i like ag's in the front. Mtd "Fat man" chair seat. foot brake, i like having a free hand. ungovern it bigger bumpers, but we demo derby each other... and a joe dirt foot gas pedal.
Basically all personal preferences..

Basically all personal preferences.. I was thining about a custom gas petal, like the mowrons. murray seat carsile 18 snow hogs, just need to find snapper rer 8" rims (?) then i could have snapper hubs up front and bronze bushings... looking at 12" rim sized tires and have some in mind. just going to have to see about that, this will all probably happen in winter.

| they always say go big or go home so go with the 820 and if you want custome make the rim to fit the 820 and small enough to fit your small rear tires | |

| More wheeling last sunday. We rake the crap from the water back onto the beach and kart it off. two weekends ago, my dad did this with the stock grass cutter by himself, and said he had to use his jeep to hook up to the trailer, tow the trailer off, hook it back up to the mower, dump it in the woods, and then repeat. Took him all day. Oh boy, shoulda saw his face when i tugged that 300lb trailer off with ease on mine. Came back saying, "see, its good for something." He gave me the "pshhhhhh" face. LOL Foot or so tall wall. approach angle is great with these tires! The steering pinion/column stripped more teeth. Maybe about 3 teeth gone now it just jumps over. So, ill throw a new column in there because i have no fabrication tools or time to do anything major up there. this winter i want to try out a completely different steering setup. We will see what happens, thats a little ways off. | |

Thanks, you are right about that. I'm going next weekend and will do more riding. I think sometime in October I will be able to bring it back home and introduce new upgrades. -new suspension -new steering -new rear axle -new rear tires.

| Update.
Ive decided if i want to make changes to this, this winter is the time to do it. Plan is to make it bulletproof, hop on and ride, never break deal because with college coming sooner then i probably think (heads up for you juniors in school) i wont be able to do much to it. Going to leave it at my camp too for most of its life.
Plans (front end) Mono link suspension using a single heim and pan-hard bar 1x2" 5/16 front axle beam atv coils and coil buckets with limiting straps (ditching leafs) John deere 1" spindles with the bearing rims they have (tapered roller bearings) 21x7-10" tires up front (rear tires that are on it now)
(rear end) 820 out back, already locked murray 5/16" tranny mounts brace hitch mount on bumper new shifter battery seat? belt 23x8-10 swamp foxes
going to try to keep low lcg on huge tires, i found out big front tires=mount larger rocks
Undecided on steering, needs to be beef and no play, im sick of crap steering
Going to happen all winter long, tractor comes back to my house in late October, November. Want to get in good rides when the campground closes.

| Easiest thing for steering would probably be to find a steering box off of something. Like a john deere 110 steering box. Or the one guy on youtube used the worm gear setup from a snow blower drive as a steering box. Might be geared a little low though. | |

I was thinking of a box mounted right by the axle, u joints to the box. Not sure though, might do a jd box deal.
