| Flathead opposed in a Lowes chassis, not bad. Id still try to talk him down to $100, but you dont see too many Lowes badges out there anymore since they mainly sell John Deere and Ariens. | Nice tractor, love that engine, I want it on mine Try and get him down to $100 like others have said but id still pay $150 for it. That engine is worth quite a bit on it's own. | |

| Too expensive. Those engines are AMAZING, but I got two from my local dump for $0. | |

| In these parts, a hundred is a fair price for that.
I guess it depends on how much you want it.
I've gotten equivalents for free, but I've also dropped 200, plus trailer rental for a classic. My RER John Deeres were freebies.
I paid 250 for my small Ford delivered to my driveway.
Up here its rare and worth it.
Down south, they are probably a dime a dozen

True that, I'd pay 250$ for that easily if I was close enough to pick it up. | |

| If you live in snow country, wait til spring. That's when all the homeowners get out thier mowers from hibernation, and decide its time for a new one. On the other hand, it's probably always mowing season down south. I call it "dumping season" look foreward to it every year. | |
