Craftsman II "Future Rally Tractor"

Subject: Craftsman II "Future Rally Tractor" February 16th 2013, 5:09 pm

So as the Mowrons call their Craftsmans, I plan on maybe turning this into a Rally Tractor or a general offroader. Currently its at my friends place so no fun on it yet.

In addition it needs some more work. As you can see, its a little rough.

Current mods are the 14hp Vanguard was swapped with an 18.5 Intek from an LT1000. The rear pulley was swapped down to a 5", stock front.

Nice, one of my first tractor i experimented with the pulley swap was a craftsman II i had 4 of them good tractors

Theyre great, cant wait to get it back. It pops wheelies right now which is amazing.

yea lol first time i tried mine i reved it too much and dumped the clutch it went over backwords and i went flying off lol, only thing i noticed on my last one was right over the frontaxle channel my frame started to crack from off roading/wheelies lol

Yea I saw it cracks there, ill reinforce it once its in my hands again.

I believe Junkstar coined the term "Rally tractor"... I agree it is appropriate though. Equal parts race and offroad, what more could a guy ask for Very Happy
