Waiting on questions... lol.
Also post more complete pics of the transaxle to help with identification, unfortunately that number is just a casting number of the housing, look for a metal tag or a flat machined area on the casing where the model number would be etched/stamped in. A picture of the model and serial number on the engine would be helpful as well.
@Brianator The transaxle only has the stamps that are in the pic a here some an the gasket bad behind the brakes a thats the questions on it .how can I replace it An on there motor in need a starter for but have another but it a 16 hp oppy that has a brand new starter on it an new coils an it run until it git hot then die an u have wait hours for it to start back an the coils wasn't cheap they 50 for two .and will parts from this 16 work on the 19.5 Hers the one run till it git hot an shut off and it has two new coils and brand-new starter.

Running until hot then shutting down makes me think it could either be low compression or bad coil(s). The parts from the 16hp very well might work, I think they were close to the same vintage but can't know for sure unless you post the ID tags of both engines.
You have yourself a MsT206 which is a 6 speed and a fairly decent trans! Based on the numbers it's a regular duty unit and not an HD bit they're fairly tough regardless! Yours has the short shifter shaft so it's not likely from a Murray which tend to have tall ones, to replace the seal around the brake it must be opened up, I'm not sure of the actual part number for it off hand but maybe someone else does? Can't be too hard to track it down.
@Brianator I'll git them number of the engine after 9 so I can git out there to work some cause other than I got the kiddos and that why I can't git out there during the day

That part number does look right but don't be afraid to browse the site and also use the "Search" bar, the amount of information that's on this site is staggering although it can be tough to find at times (which is something I'd like to start working on) but I learned so many little things just by cruising around through the different sections and reading ALOT! Lol.
@MightyRaze@Brianator I found this in the FAQ I nailed it MST Series (202,203,204,205,206) MST Series Axle Bearing - 6203-12-2RS, 6203-2RS-3/4, 19.05x40x12mm
