Hello!
My ten-year-old son and I, Nick, are new to this and are learning as we go along. My son aspires to become a heavy equipment mechanic, and what better way to learn than on small engines and tractors? He's been researching the machinery, the "how-to," and is financing this with his hard-earned chore money.
Today, we purchased what appears to be a 1992 Craftsmen LT4000 with a Kohler Command 14 hp engine, all operational and in fantastic shape, all for $150.00. He wants to reverse the pulleys and get larger wheels, so we aim for that. We will need some advice to progress.
