Score! Looks factory to me but possibly repaired. A 3 point is always a nice addition to a tractor! My friend leaves his on his Suburban offroader and uses the handle for stabalization on rough terrian.

Made this today! My 3 point arm always rubbed and rattled so I made this!


Its old rubber hose off of some machinery that I slight and slid it on and zip tied on each side and boom!

Also belt is all adjusted and she's pretty "Dialed." Just tighten her up and bango Putt Putt is 100% Work ready again! She even has a kill wire! No more removing the sparkplug wire and getting nailed in the hand with all of HH120 coil volts of fury!

So I have been needing to rebuild Putt Putt's firewood trailer for some time now as the whole axle mount broke off, so I rolled it into the shop.


It a Agri-Fab ATV trailer with a 1 inch axle and a pretty robust tongue and balloon tires which are great for the snow!

The problem all began when my wheel bearings locked up and broke my mounts as it must have happened when I was driving. There are pretty bent up and one is cracked. Because of this the back of the bed is not secured to anything so that needs to be fixed as well. So I took the bed off and marked the center of the axle.


After thinking about it for a while and looking for a solution I found some U-bolts and bent them to be tighter round the axle and drilled holes in my tongue where the OG mount was to mount the axle that way.



This actually worked great! It held the axle very tight and sturdy. I also used some ThreadLocker so it dont come loose.


Now onto the dumping bed side of things. After seeing that the mounds on the body where still good enough to use I ended up using 2 large eye bolts to hold it down yet let it rotate.



This also worked good!


Now that that trailer is done I have another one to work on!
This is my little dump cart. I use this mostly in the summer for chores and things so not to hurt the plastic bed of the wood trailer. I do want to convert it into kinda an offroad/mowverlanding trailer to haul when on rides.
It needs:
New tires. The old ones are plastic wheels but the bearings have blown out on the one side and the plastic ones are real noisy. I want the new tirs to be quite a bit taller as well.
The Dump mechanism needs to be freed up. It kinda stuck right now.
Need to remake the gate of the trailer as well.
Grease up axle when changing tires.
Need to convert to 2 inch ball. Have the stuff to do it just need to get er done.



Haven't worked on this trailer yet I had to work on my 1987 Dodge Dakota.

Nothing to really update, nothing has been done as I haven't had time to do anything on my projects but Putt Putt is a simple and rulable ol' gal. I wanted some of your thoughts on a few of my ideas.
I would like to rebuild my throttle pedal as the bike handle one is a simply to uncomfortable to me as I have big feet. Anyone have cool ideas? I know where to get like a motorcycle rear brake pedal i think would be cool to work off of but I want something wider that fits my whole foot.
I also would like to make an independent brake pedal so I can have some engine braking and engine braking at the same time. This I think that would be beneficial for towing my heavy firewood loads in the winter. Was wondering how I would go about this, I have the pedal from Project T-Rex that I pulled for this purpose.
Also I need to fix a high idle issue but that is not the first thing that needs worked on.
I would love to almost copy @AllisKidD21 front suspension set up his GT6000 had or his Rat rod. So if he were around I would love to learn a thing or too from him.
Very soon I want to upgrade the steering to go kart style Heim joints to tighten everything up. Exhaust is something I would love to do Aswell.

Here's a link to the pedal we fabbed up on my friends Suburban 12 in a couple of hours, it works great and looks like it's supposed to be there. The bracket underneath was part of a shifter on a AYP 5 or 6 speed tractor but wouldn't be hard to duplicate, pretty sure the spring was from it as well.

I did some fab work! I am making a rear rack disconnect thingy. My rear rack is a modified milkcrate that is held I my 2 pins to my 3 point just to make it quickly removable.
(My first weld so dont be to mean! lol)
This is my top link mount.


It will bolt to the milk crate like this.


Then I just used a 3/8 pin to tie it in with the top link!


I then forgot to take pictures of the bottom side, but I will explain the simple process I did!
I took a 3/4 bolt and drilled a hole in the bottom for a pin and used a wheel barrel plastic axle spacer to take up slack to fit as tight as it could. Then it just pins right to my drawbar!
So 2 pins and i can attach my 3 point to whatever I need!

An Update at last. I finally got an exhaust built. I was wondering if someone could tell me how to upload a vid. Does it have to be from youtube or can it be from my phone directly?
Here are some pics on how it went.


Its 1.5-inch flex exhaust tube and a Chinese atv muffler. The muffler is just welded to the exhaust pipe. The muffler had its own hanger and to hook to the engine I just cut the OG muffler off and slid new pipe over the old pipe and used exhaust clamp over the top if it and we are good!
