Progress is being made! Got my pulley today so the rear fenders and reconnecting the wiring has begun! I got a few things under the dash left to do, so my switches are just dangling at the moment.

Got 'er fired up today to check if the belt would work. I'm going to need a slightly bigger belt in length. the 96 is a bit too short. I'm thinking a 97 is in order. Even with the clutch in, the belt is still turning. I kind of figured as the clutch pedal was not coming all the way back.

Works well with rack and pinion and ball bearing hubs. No death wobble for me.
Dash is reinstalled.
Installed the USB charger from Kal onto Red.
I have the winch kill installed next to my manual winch override. I have labels made for these, just not installed yet.
I have not reinstalled, the 6 inch pulley yet. After cleaning the 2nd 3rd of the building, I was pretty sore and tired. Did get a little done with Grandpa. More on that in his thread.
The right 3rd is cleaned up. All that is missing is my daily mower and grandpa. They will go on the right wall.

Got the foot throttle installed and the hood is reinstalled. Now I just need to reinstall the old pulley, relocate some guides and reconnect the steering.

So, this tractor's battery is about toast an it is only 5 months old. Still going dead while sitting a couple days even with the winch disconnected. I got it from TSC. Last battery I got from TSC did the same thing. Lasted about 6 month and kaput. I have Walmart batteries that are 5-6 YEARS old that still work. Ugh....

All right! I think I got it done for now! Red is back together and in one piece again! I'll see if I can get it out tomorrow for a test run!
When you can't get on the ground and work on the underneath, you get creative! New belt installed, ended up with a .5x94". The 5/8x96 was too short and actually didn't fit the pulleys well after all. I may have to redo one guide, but that's no big deal. I did find the oil leak. It's the typical valve cover leak on an oppy.
Trans vent terminated up near the gas tank.

Well, it seems I have toasted another HF 2500 winch controller. Don't make these things try to pull too hard, those controllers will just burn up. Not sure why I have such bad luck with these things. Now that they are $85. I just don't see myself getting another. Should have seen it coming when it started to drain my battery over time. Winch itself seems fine. I'll look into just a manual switch.

HA revers works for you? i put my tractors in revers then i need body work cause my brakes naver work... i just do 180 instad of using revers, much faster...

Hmm... time for some mods or upgrades for Li'l Red. Starting some planning. # 1 on the list is to figure out how to make the rear and seat smoother. She's a blast but a bit rough in the rear. Looking for these updates to come later this summer and fall.

Looks like you bottom the seat springs out in the rough stuff ya? You could add another pair of seat springs or maybe even a pair of valve springs from a car engine inside the originals!? That could make them act like progressive rate springs! I've been planning on adding a stiff valve spring (or springs) to the Mud Ducks seat/fender pan spring thing to limit the amount of bounce and allow me to carry a little extra weight in the rear toolbox.
There's some food for though for you!

I've used several different springs in the past to no difference in stiffness.
