| @Hillbilly Offroading That's my wife's parents property. Very limited area to play. It's some of where I did some pix, video of Kal due to all the flooding we had that year. | |

| Yeppers! I think it is complete. In the future I would like a heavier cable, but I think this one will work fine for now! This setup would work great for a gas pedal too! Very pleased with the pedal. | |

| Awesome job Mighty! That should be a super reliable setup!
I see the stock brakes on the trans still, are you going to maybe keep them for a parking brake or something? | Didn't start it up, but did a weighted push test and the bike cable used was a "bust" literally! I found a very adjustable cable for the brake drum band for Go Karts. Soon as that comes in, I will give it another go. I like the adjust-ability of it.
I'll see about an update video when I get complete.

| I seem to need those cable operated controls on my builds. Usually pretty weak, when you get new ones. So I went to Home depot to look at the parts to make my own. I choose the 1/16 inch cable role and was like $10 I think, for 25 feet. I couldn't decide on what to use for the cover of the cable so I grabbed a role of the clear tubing. Might work ok. I figure the cable will eventually cut through the tubing, LOL, but would look cool until it does. As for the ends, is just a piece of solder in a simple mold made from a steel bolt. I figure I spent $25 on the supplies and can make like 3 or 4 control cables with the stuff. Just a thought that popped in my head and figured I'd share. | |

| I haven't got it in yet, but the pix look like it could be 4x as big around. I will need a minor mod to the pedal for connection. | |

| Thank you @Creepycrawler, to bad it's a thousand miles to Ohio for me. We use to come up every year to visit my wife's grandmother till she passed on two years ago. Use to drive by @Stretch44875 and @TheRainbowBoxer stomping grounds when we were up. Never knew. My wife and I would like to vacation around Haspin time with a few days stop at Haspin this year. That is dependant upon my wife's parents getting back from Utah for a memorial as we take care of their animals and chickens etc. | |

| One more minor mod. Due to the bigger tires, grabbing the fender is no longer an option. Put some fender handles on. | |

| Looking great Mighty. I like your brake. I've never had good luck with cables on brakes, i prefer a solid linkage as that's unlikely to break or mess up. Although I'm stopping 500lb tanks and not lighter Murrays, lol. You've really improved a lot as a fabricator in the time you've been on here. Good job on that. | |

| Thanks @RichieRichOverdrive , I will have to say the ol widebody is starting to get a bit heavy. That's the main reason for the additional brake. | |

New cable installed. Appears to be working fine. Will test either tomorrow or this weekend if not raining.
