If you’re trying to find them I’d say make your own. Get a pair of old cruddy rims with flat sides and cut the outer rim off, grinding smooth. Then weld in some 1/2-20 or whatever size bolts and mount it up! I’ve also seen this done:

Super late but yeah, I don't see a dime of that lol. Where it goes who knows. I do get like 1-2 messages a month about some company trying to buy the forum but I ignore all of em.

Why anyone would ever choose to ingest pepsi when there is a perfectly good coke to be had is beyond me

I was a Pepsi guy way back when then switched to Coke and there's no turning back for me now! Pepsi tastes flat and Coke is WAY better for mixing alcoholic drinks imo.

Petition to change the official forum language to Portuguese
Thought I’d let everyone know of whereabouts and absence from the forum. For a while you may have seen me lurking but not posting and then I kinda just dropped off completely. Anyway, I started dual enrollment in a community college in the area taking regular high school and college classes plus automotive and that has been a heavy demand on me. So a lot of the time I would use for the forum gets taken up on other things. I’ve been able to stay a little more active in the shop than I have been on the forum so stuff is still getting done at least. I’m also pretty involved in a couple worship teams across the area which also takes some commitment. We are also doing a lot of work on the homestead and stuff, so yeah… I’m pretty busy. Wish I had more time for the forum. If nothing else I’ll at least be lurking and leaving an update here and there on things when possible. But anyway thought I’d let y’all know where I’ve been.
According to the Tecumseh/Peerless manual it is so...
Thought it would be better to move this over here @Brianator.
I think I do recall Ole Blue's MST-205 that blew up having gear oil in it when I got it but I also believe that it was a newer MST. The older ones I'm pretty sure had grease in them but maybe they converted to gear oil in the newer ones and that's what you're looking at. Throwing that out there as a possibility because I know for a fact the older MSTs I've had had to be converted to gear oil and they had never been opened.
I don't mean to sound argumentative here or anything but I'm genuinely curious. I don't see on the manual there where it says it has bearings? I see the thrust washers and I can confirm that that's correct but I'm pretty sure we're talking about axle support bearings, correct?

Honestly @Murraymountain you've been part of this hobby longer than I have and have probably opened up more rear ends than I have, what I learned is based on the research I did when I acquired a MST203. I know the 920's and 930's which were really popular had grease and maybe the early MSTs did? Hopefully someone else knows because I'm not sure and if you're not sure then how the heck we gonna learn if noone knows! Lol.
Axle bearings look to be optional on them based on this and it does look like it has bushings on the gear shafts based on this and the manual.
Just saw this, I had already posted in the other topic..

Hmm.. my MST205 and 206 were oil filled. I know my 206 DID NOT have bearings on the axle, but it has provisions. I have not cracked open the 205 beyond the oil plug.
