I'm thinking of throwing this into the build-off, I don't have a deck for it and really no use for it that isn't already filled by other machines.
YAY or NAY
It has a briggs 18HP oppy-horiz, I might ditch the transaxle, do something with the steering, custom seat, some custom body work sitting on an angle iron smooth bottomed ladder frame for sliding over "things" and some other little surprises underneath. Body work could be 1/4" polycarbonate or something more on the WILD side, so that hood-grill and dash may not be used on it.
I have a name for it but that reveal will have to wait until and IF I enter.
Still kicking it around but I'm leaning more and more of turning it into something I'd love to ride, 4WD, moderate speed and able to pull a load.
Budget wise it will be costing me some cash but you know what the ole saying is............ "what the wife doesn't catch you spending - may keep her from hurting you"

Id keep the hood and grill myself but those 18hp oppys are some of my favorite engines. YAY from me.

It would have been better if it wasn't so beat up but then the price would have been higher I'm sure, It was the 1st INDY version I seen and only $75 bucks and the PO couldn't get it to run, it was just a bad ground mostly. It runs OK now but smokes a little, if I could find some decals for it I'd just restore it.
These pics are obviously from the day I picked it up last year but it is tucked away in the enclosed trailer for now.
I am most likely going to enter it into the build off but scale back the build a bit. I'd call it P.O.C. as it will be a proof of concept on some things I want to try using.
It will either be pretty cool or an abysmal failure

Man, we are closing in on that 3 month left mark. I know 4 of us should make it. Those are better stats than last build-off! Anyway, Keep up the good work and see if we can get more finished by the deadline!
