Hope this is the right place for this post . If incorrect can the moderators move it to the prober place .
I'm helping a bud that just had a snow blower installed on his quad . It has a Briggs # 25T2370045F1 engine . I was able to get the starting circuit working for the electric starter . The regulator has 2 yellow wires that dive into the engine & a red wire that's just floating going nowhere . Would this be the charging output & I should run this to the battery ? There is also another pair of black wires that come from maybe the top of the engine & one runs down to to what looks like a small relay & then comes out & goes to the low oil switch . Where does the other black wire go to ? Is there a wiring diagram for this engine somewhere that I can DL to figure this out ? Last time I tried to call Briggs to get some info they told me to call a local rep & ask them my questions . The service center they sent me to sure didn't act like they wanted to give me any info & finally after many hours online I found the answer to my questions . thanks animal

Yes on the red wire coming from the voltage regulator. You can run that to battery.
That black wire should be the magneto/coil kill wire. You ground it to kill the engine. It's tied to the oil low sensor. When oil is low, it grounds and kills the engine also.
