i put a newer backing plate on to make it look better and so i could pull lowered trailers

drilled some holes in the rotor so it would not get so hot

will be getting a 18.5 HP B&S 1 cylinder OHV engine soon so my gasser can have its engine back

HEAT WAVE IT 31 DEGREES OUTSIDE

killed the pinion and drive gear in the rear end so i swaped a pinion and drive gear out of a mst 205 into it goes way faster now imma do a to speed test latter today.

killed the pinion and the gear that rides on that gear the other day so i swaped those 2 gears out for some i got out of a mst 205 now it will do 22 MPH with 3/4 throttle
but it makes this real loud ticking sound so i gotta figure that out i think it might be the fuel pump...

I wish i had that hood they are really hard to find these days

I got the whole tractor for free this is actually the tractor that got me into lawn mowers

made a new shift knob last night illl post some pics ina bit

me and my dad built side pipes over the weekend, then i decided to make a new gass pedal out of a piston and rod i had lying around, and a few weeks ago we made piston shifter knob.

That's one way to repurpose old parts I love it! The exhaust looks great too good work!

killed the rear end again yesterday imma try to build a mst 204 for it latter today

does anybody know where i can get a RH headlight lense? i busted it yesterday driving on the ice

Unless you know someone with a mower salvage or a scrapper.  I know, hard to find in OK.  Ebay has been my friend.  Unfortunately, I only see a Left.  Don't give up.

Next time I'm at the salvage yard I'll see if there's one,  I think there was a Craftsman 2 there. I don't see any available online so maybe try Craigslist along with what @MightyRaze suggested.

Doubtful at this point in time, I spent 20 mins and didn't find a single one, just a eBay listing for one that had been sold. I honestly think your best bet will be a lawn mower hoarder! Lol. If I were you I'd put out the word to lawn mower repair shops and metal scrappers, offer them $20 for the one you need or $30 for a pair of left and right and that might enough incentive for them to remember

I just spent 20 minutes in marketplace to see if there were any whole tractors in the area down there.  Man, I thought old tractors were $$$ in the OKC metro area.

i might just try to find a GT6000 i have been wanting one for the rear end for my gasser anyways...

a while back i was at the scrap yard and i watched one get crushed in the claw... found a whole bunch of old murrays they to were victoms of the claw.

my suggestion is make some custom lenses i cant even find that style of hood anymore
