Nothin sounds better than a straight piped Oppy!

I am super jealous of your oppy, I would love to throw one of those on the 990 and put the 16 horse on the 110. Nice going here, going to paint it red white and blue I assume?

Nothing to really update.  Moved it back to the garage and did some front end alignment work.

I know it sounds crazy.... but I think I will want to fab up a mower deck for it as well.

Mower deck idea sounds cool. Like the tator195 oh116 dragster guy was doing. You know the one. Wonder where he's been.

I was just thinking that the other day.  He kind of vanished.  I have a working 43 inch deck I could use, or I could mock it up to accept a suburban deck, those are self lifting.

My little LT11 had a deck like that with the lifting mechanism built it, had a big handle on one side to lift it, kinda cool. Altough when I got it was so rotten that when you pulled the handle back it only lifted a small section of the deck, hahaha.

Are you talking a belly mower or something similar to my swisher?

Thinking belly for now. But that may or may not make the build-off. I am in dire need of some metal supplies. Wish I had a pile of it back behind the barn like @AllisKidD21. LOL

Exhaust right now is straight piped. 


Hooked up the dump trailer today and started putting it to work already. 



It runs decent but needs a little tune up.

After adjusting tie rods over and over, I need to recenter the steering wheel.  Also, I need to shorten the steering shaft a little bit.  It is a tad too high.

Don't mean to hate on ya but I sure hope the plumbing exhaust is what you mean is temporary, that's both killing flow and agitating my OCD. And I don't even have OCD.

I've always felt craftsman steering wheels were too tall. That's why neither of mine are at stock height, haha.

I can't help but wonder if the inlet on the engine is getting enough flow to sufficiently cool the engine. Maybe it's far enough away though. I'm sure you've got that under control.

HAHA... Yeah, Its temp for now. The steering on this is about 4 inches taller than stock. I'll be lowering it back to stock height soon. And there is a bigger gap than you think between the pipe and intake.

Gas pipe may look cool, but I'm sure it would run better if it were 2 individual pipes into a collector.  It would definitely sound better.

It's not hard to find pipe that size, plenty of pressure washer frames and old tent carports thing around to cannibalize.

Ugh.... feeling the middle of the year slump.  Not feeling working on the rig.

Oh yeah I know, same here. Really just need some more playing money. Next thing I do will probably cost upwards of 100 bucks so I kinda have my hands tied. No rush, only one-hundred-fifty-nine days left LOL!!!

I hear ya.... $$$ time.  I need some metals to make some stuff and I do not have the right scrap to do what I want. Nor enough scrap metal to do anything at this point.  LOL

Need to get me a pass and a 1200 mile trip over the border and raid @AllisKidD21 's scrap pile. LOL

Be sure to bring some neat stuff for a trade deal or two!
