Well, got a little unfortunate news.
Was driving the HondaX4 up a pretty steep hill and had it all sideways with almost 80% of the weight on the back tire and bent the axle. Good thing the bend stopped about an inch away from where it enters the case. So hopefully put the jackstand under the axle and slip the ole pipe on it to bend it.

Later down the road Ill try to track down a cold rolled steel rod and also add some pillow blocks inside the rims with a lot of support.

I would suggest doing your final video before you put that pipe on the axle it would be a shame if you snapped a case/axle before it’s deemed finished

you can order chromoly or tool steel from Mcmaster for not too much money. Thats the way Im gonna go with the AMF

My first solid axle swap so got some learning to do.
I gotta see if it can be bent a little because it rubs on the shiftier. I will defiantly do some researching on some able material.

I would heat it up before attempting to bend it back.

Yep. I would too. Be sure to cool it off with air and not water though.... The water will weaken the axle.

A few weak points on a new design isn't too big of a deal. Good to hear it's up and running!

Don't stress that bend too much!  We would like to see you finish this out!  Keep up the good work!

It has come along way, and I'm pretty impressed with it. It has 2 built and locked Peerless 930's and a Honda GX360 2 cylinder OHC liquid cooled engine.
Mods:
Locked transaxles
Oil filled transaxles
Custom Clutch Gas Pedal
Brake/Parking brake handle
PZ30mm slide carburetor with accelerator pump
22x10-8 Kenda bearclaws
4 inch transaxle lift blocks
1:1 pulley ratios

My future plans would be:
Make 2/4WD selector
Build front bumper
Swap rear axle and add axle supports
