| Update... Finally! Took a while, but got multiple cases back from the cleaning tank, 2 sets are the 930 cases. Also got 2 sets of Doc lock parts, and about 4 three foot axles, one locker kit and axle for the rear tranny and others for various projects. Also got housing bearings, and for the front trans axle I will be throwing in 2 more spider gears to lock it. If I conclude its too weak, ill find a way to mill some splines in a shaft. Oh, also got the rack on Beast mowed. | |

| Small update... Rear peerless 930 got a slight upgrade, Internally increased the gear ratio. This way I can run closer to stock pulleys with lots of speed and not burn up the bearings. I think I am going to go with a 5 inch to 5 inch pulley setup, so it will get moving, but have lots of belt traction. Id guess this mod tripled the output speed. All I did was grind down the smaller gear with the splines and press fit the larger gear onto it. Now that I know it can be done, I will do the same to the front peerless 930. (Doc lock is also in place, milling keyways in the axles is the current task). Going to drop the cases off to get sandblasted, and then will paint them yellow. | |

| Just dropped off all the cases for the sandblaster, the finish from the cleaning tank was crappy. Ill paint the 2 930's up yellow, and get new seals and such for them. Milling the key ways is the biggest setback right now, but it should be done soon. Also got the PZ30mm carb and its modified intake to fit the 2 cyl. honda welded up, fits nice.
Ill get better close-ups of the gears soon. | |

| So, been messing around with belts n such. First, need to make front and back tranny mounts. For the AWS front tranny, Ill use the stock mounting off of the original tractor/ the back half of frame it was mounted in. And need about a 2-3 inch lift to allow enough room for belts and pulleys under the frame. And heres my almost final setup for belts. Yellow belt comes from the rear engine off a pulley, into a 90 degree pulley setup, and to the rear tranny, with a clutch in there somewhere. Red belt is a straight shot to the front, no clutches, possible belt tensioner. Also got the PZ30 mm mounted. Might have to play around with it a little mounting wise to get the exhaust manifold fitting again. | |

| More work on the HondaX4! rear tranny mounted, mounted pretty solid too. 3.5 inch blocks from the original mounts, so should sit pretty high. Also welded nuts in the blocks to make mounting easier. And stole a murray double pulley clutch to use, should work out nicely. Ill have the clutch covered by the rear skid plate. | |

| Looking cool so far! I had a couple of those honda tractors for awhile and I got one running. I thought they were nice engines. Nice and smooth running. I planned on making one into a boat engine but ended up selling them. Nice to see one being turned into an off road machine. 4wd is probably one of the toughest things to do but it'll be cool when it's done. | |

| You want to keep the cases mounted the same way as going forward for both transaxle cases. If you turn one or both backwards then they will go backwards while shifter is in forward gears. The transaxles are directional sensitive. | |

| Yeah I kinda realized that after looking at how one turns, and opposing its position. Did get the front tranny mounted. Also ordered most of the drive train stuff, Like pulleys, idlers and heim joints. Pretty pleased with the front mounts. Will have to also extend off the frame to make mounts for the very front of the front tranny, and will serve as a bumper + skid plate mount. Axle is in the front (Unpainted) tranny just so I can get the front and rear trannys mounted square. | |

| Now we're talking! 15 inches from the bottom of the frame rails with 20 inch tires. Going to probably steal a 3810 hood (square style), because it doesnt have the huge muffler cutout.
