| I picked this pile of scrap for 50 bucks, i wanted the 633 out of it and the blade. It was a mess the 633 full of water, the mounting bolts were all stripped out, the 10hp Tecumseh snowblower engine was full of water and connecting rod made a racket. pulled the 633 to lock it, everything was seized, couldn't pull the brake off or one of the hubs i ended up snapping it( still looking for one) i heated up the cast and welded it back together so far so good, drilled and heli coiled the mounting holes and said screw it for now and put it back in the tractor. | |

| So now a new plan( after watch you guys on the build off)
-Replace Motor with another 10hp i have laying around until i find somthing better - stretch the front, front suspension coil overs, wider front axle - rear suspension (half leaf or full not sure yet) - bumpers front and rear, lights because i like to see - Atv tires 26" rear, not sure of the front yet - winch because these things are heavy - beef up steering - better seat mount, combined with a tool/rope box - build a grill and hood

Ya forsure, these things are tanks there worth saving, this one is not going to look like a sears but the bones are good. I would like to find a wheel horse like the one your have. you can't beat the old garden tractors for being built to last

| Ooh! going for a parallel 4-link I see! Nice! Are you gonna put wrists in the link bars? Without joints on the end there won't be any flex. | You could still use those mounting tabs on the Sears axle and put in some heim joints or rod ends. I like the mock up you have started here. | |

| Having it in front of the frame would allow for more travel I would think, kind of like a rock bouncer. Would look pretty cool! | |

Yes exactly, it would be better i think, i dont really want to move the engine forword. but then again I wouldn't be hitting things that hard to utilize all that travel it would be the look cool factor .

| Ok cool, just wanted to let ya know haha. I really look forward to seeing this come together! With all the Sears you see I'm surprised you don't see more with suspension. | Oooh? A parallel 4-link on the rear as well would be a super neat setup. That it would but i would be sitting to high up and then i would have to extend track width or ill will tip more then i do now. i was thinking a 1.5 to 2" travel just to help the body out, full length leaf or maybe a half leaf | |

| By half leaf do you mean like a 1/4 elliptical setup? That would be really cool. I'm planning in a 1/4 elliptic setup with a 1-link on the front of my GT 6000, hopefully hahaha. | Yup, that looks like the makings of a 1/4 elliptic triangulated 4-link setup. That's what I'm going for but with a 1-link setup. | @AllisKidD21 ya i wouldnt go 4 link, a track bar would be fine, your not putting 400 foot pounds of torque out of it

| Yeah a track bar is neccessary with most solid axle suspension setups, otherwise you have your axle going every which way, haha.
