| Figured since red had a thread, i'd start one aswell. My cousin bought it in this condition Paid me to do this I did everything but remove the rear window and spray it by this point. I told him I wanted the truck bad, he named a price and I bought it shortly after that pic^ he bought it with no engine, but picked up this 351m for it Which i tore down, new gaskets, and repainted. Pressure washed Torn Down and cleaned more Primer Old ford blue paint Assembled Sittin pretty. I also bought a new windshield. The truck after the engine was in. 800 bucks later... Oh, and did i mention it's got a v8 with a footprint gas pedal? Sorta my hopeful end result minus chrome around windows and around the bottom. | |

| One ting, well two, about regular paint is heat and corrosives like gas and other fluids. It wont last that long, or at least as it does now. Powdercoat is the way to go, or Automotive paint since its formulated against fluids. | this stuff holds up to gas, most hi temp paints are formulated to be resistant to gas and such. however they are not brake fluid proof | |
